I hope folks don't get upset with me, for saying that I'm not too crazy
about Avril's new Peek-A-Boo Hairstyle.

It reminds me of Veronica Lake, who was a big Hollywood star in the 1940's.
She was even tinier (4'11") than Avril ; and she became famous for that unruly
hairstyle, which almost covered her right eye.....it became her personal trademark.

Here is an interesting thought: If a whole bunch of young girls, worldwide, would
adopt the Peek-A-Boo hairstyle, in imitation of Avril; I wonder how much collective time
would be wasted, in brushing away the unruly hair from the face. It could amount to
millions of hours! I guess that artists have a big responsibility towards their audience,
especially the very young........

Some More Trivia About Miss Lake:
Unfortunately, Veronica died in Montreal in 1973 at age 50, from alcohol abuse.
Montreal had such a bad reputation, as the 'Sn City Of The North', that they
propped up her tiny, lifeless body in the back seat of the car; and crossed the
border into the State of Vermont, pretending that she was only asleep; so that
the Media would not report that she actually died in Montreal.

Avril looks like she could be 25, i hope she keeps that style for her 4th album, she rarely looked better this year.
