The Christmas '09 Thread

Hi. I know that as we get further and further into December, a lot of us are excited for Christmas. I know I am at least.

So does anyone have any special plans? Did you buy anything interesting for a special someone? Hoping to get something for Christmas?

I'm spending Christmas eve with my dad's side and probably Christmas day with my mom's side. My uncles driving out here from New York and it's going to be great. I got my mom a cd and I have yet to get something for my dad. I'm hoping to get a jacket and a new iPod.

P.S. This also serves as a "Holiday '09" thread too for anyone who doesn't celebrate Christmas.

I'm ditching the summer heat in a couple of days () and spending the entire holiday season (5 weeks to be precise) in Philippines where there is more heat, and then coming home for 18hrs in January before re-ditching the summer heat to the even hotter heat of Melbourne for the Australian Open (where I will proceed to stalk Roddick).

I can NOT wait! xD I'm gonna be at my grandmother's place at christmas the 24th of december.. That's when we have crhistmas.. So exitid.. I'm hoping for getting some Black Star, and ofcause more stuff.. Not that much, though..

Xmas is a time where my family and all the extended family come together. Xmas eve, we all go out to dinner in a chinese, then off to town for a while looking around, then to the pub to get drunk haha!

Xmas day, we open presents, go to church, go to my aunts house for a huge family dinner, then games and drinks in the night! I absolutely love xmas, and I love my family so much Best time of the year for me because I get to spend so much time with them!

Christmas Eve we don't do that much, have a nice meal thats all. Then first Christmas day my nanny comes over and my sis with her bf. We all have a lovely dinner and pack out the gifts underneath the tree

i love Christmas Not because of the presents, i just love my fam!

they're people i can always count on, they don't really care about your clothes and stuff. i really feel like myself around them, i don't have to watch my mouth.. but yeah i guess it's natural to feel that way

It do sounds amazing about the philippines, but are there even a tiny possibility for snow there? That's one of the best things about christmas; When it's snowing.. But the fact that the biggest possibility for snow in Denmark is in January, I'll not look forward to anything..
