If you're talking about her naming her album Avril Underground, I'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about.
Just my opinion but I'm positive that won't be the name.

Sharifa liked it so she made a thread to see how people would feel if she named her album that. There were no implications that Avril has chosen that title, it was simply for open discussion on our opinions.

Pink Crust is not the name of the album. In fact, it was a joke towards another user which was completely made up on this forum.

On the Deryck bit - it was confirmed that Deryck produced most of the songs on the new album, but since their split, rumors have been floating around in a few articles that Avril re-recorded all of the work Deryck did. Erasing his work was never confirmed and for now, it's all just rumors.
