    Noah Cyrus acts too. Well, "acts."

    A 9 year old essentially being the 'face' (because you know she's not designing these clothes) of a clothing line is one thing. What is profoundly disturbing to me is that this particular line features lace tights, thigh high boots, LINGERIE, and a number of other items 9 year old girls have absolutely NO business wearing. Anyone who buys this line for their daughters seriously need to have their head examined.

    Or, they're the same parents who let their 9-year-old dress up as some sort of gothic... vampire... dominatrix... thing for Halloween. Oh hey, Billy Ray Cyrus did that!
