Arcade (Problem)

There are two problems I need to state about the Arcade section:

1) Some games in the Arcade won't work when I try to access some of them. Anything to solve this problem?

2) When I try to play a game, it takes me with this message:

The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup

But how?

These games just displays blank for me.

It's strange that it works for some people I know that Adobe Flash Player is required for most games out there, but for some, I don't know why it appears blank for me
