lol I told Etienne and Lisette to use their own discretion with over-votes.
For Example in best mod, we had 6 people who would of been nominated, due to the last 4 having 3. In staff awards there arent many staff, so I told Lisette to use her common sense

Btw thats just the explanation for all nominations in general. If there were 10 people nominated, and 6 people got the most, then nominate 6. I dunno.. it's very confusing, but we had our routine set out and we stuck to it hehe! Anyway Lisette counted this award! So for more explanation about this, you can consult her! Just incase anyone is wondering, just consult the staff who created the poll, and they will explain in further depth to you!
