I really liked their writing together. It felt so much more real, like a band rather than a popstar paired up with some random hitmaker *cough*Dr.Luke*cough*

I love Take Me Away (my favourite song by Avril) and One of Those Girls is one of the best songs on The Best Damn Thing in my honest opinion. I hope they write together on the fourth album.

I've learnt not to trust these American gossip sites. I mean they do tend to leave out some details...for example "written by Alex and Skyler"...they seemed to forget Avril Lavigne would have written it too. They miss out minor pieces of information that can lead to confusion.

Yeah, I also think this rumor is false. First because Avril is not stupid and as she said it herself, she got here on her own. She won't throw away what she's achieved so far for nothing. Second, the first time the album was postponed was because of her divorce, and the second time because her label asked of her new up-beat songs. I guess she must be really excited to come back, and that whe won't want to wait more. So, I'm crossing my fingers for a single coming out in November...

I really liked her writing with other people too. Like Butch Walker, Ben Moody and Chantal Kreviazuk. There's nothing wrong with Evan, not at all, but Avril doesn't need him to write a good song.
