I actually didn't think about that but I still think if her next album flops then it could damage her career and be harder for her to get up (although she will get up when she's on a decent label)

I would really love if album #5 has a mixture of Let Go, The Best Damn Thing (we want some punk songs, dont we ) and Goodbye Lullaby and I do really miss her rock/pop songs
I dont believe she s gonna do urban dance,
However I heard that she had A LOT of problems with her producers from album -Let Go- and I just want her to be happy with what she s doing, coz she s always gonna have loyal fans, right guys?

The 5th Album will be like The Best Damn Thing with a mix of Goodbye Lullaby, I think she will release this Album ASAP as she will just use off cuts from GL so not much time write ect will need to be done, she will then release a Greatest Hits album with the enevitible non hit single so fans like us will buy it for the one song and remix of Girlfriend or whatever. many people are asking why arent old fans coming back, well WTH was used to promote this album! thats sounds even more pop than Girlfriend. when i ask friends if they listen to it or heard it half say it was rubbish and others dont know about WTH and Smile only got 178 in the UK chart and she performed it on Britains got talent where usually any old artist performs on that show and the following week its no.1. on T4 she performed Push and a few of my friends said they loved it, so she should have released an acoustic song to get the flocks back ( Everybody Hurts would have been perfect)
anyway trailed off there lol, she'll leave RCA and i think she'll set up her own record label seeing as she has her own : Fashion Label, Charity, Fragrances (even though the fragrances are more commercial), she then can have full control where she can release hopefully more heavy rock music similar too Pretty Reckless or even going into more neich markets and sounding like Janis Joplin which would be more true to herself. and she wont care about sales as she has already made a bucket load of money from Let Go and commercials.

I think she'll use the Alex Da Kid songs because she did say she wanted to (it should please the label too) and the songs that got cut from GL for the Max Martin ones. The label shouldn't min if there's just a few of them.

Quick question:
Ok, so as we know Avril is in LA, has about another month before her tour starts off again, and is is most likely shooting her music video during this short break. Do you think its possible Avril could be re-recording and/or song-writing around now?? I mean she's in LA, has a full month off (besides the time it takes for the music video). Why not start re-recording some of her songs (from GL) and/or start writing new ones for album 5?

^ sounds plausible. The video will only take a couple of days at the most and she'll probably have a few days off here and there or half days. There'll be Abbey Dawn stuff to deal with no doubt but with a whole month off it'd be sensible to get in the studio and re-record things she needs to.

Do you think she could re-record all 8 songs in one month? That would be nice because she could take a 1, maybe 2, month vacation and still have the album out by July/August 2012 (hopefully ) But Avril did say it would be out earlier then expected... I wonder what her definition of 'earlier then expected' is...

She only said she would re-record a song which might be the first single for her next album, not that she would re-record a lot of songs. She won't re-record the 8 songs she already has, ready to be included on the next album. She might work on some new stuff alone or with Evan (I don't know his schedule) or another co-writer/producer, or by herself. It wouldn't be the first time she writes songs between tour legs, so perhaps. Maybe two weeks or so for that, because she will need to rehearse some days for her Euro tour.

If WYWH comes out soon and then she gets a 4th single around january then the next album might be out by next summer, just over a year after GL. That could happen since the album hasn't been super successful so she probably won't tour it for as long.
