Lol i am excited to hear the news!!!

And you know what??!? I wouldnt mind a 'stay positive' kind of song for the next album! "who knows" is a great song, perhaps the highlight of UMS, and I think that it would be nice to hear another one of those.

I would love to hear a killer ballad like Innocence aswell. That song is AWESOME.

And a nice upbeat song like Runaway.

Man i'm so excited i can't contain it. Honestly, whatever if she doesnt have dongs related to the ones i just named, i dont care, but it'd be pleasant. She never disappoints me and hopefully never will.

Btw i read earlier in the thread that Smile and WTH would have been better off for the next album...well i gotta say that i agree. They were both pretty good upbeats and they kind of took two spots for two other singles (preferably I Love You and Everybody Hurts). But it is what it is.

hi guys, it seems that there is a release date for the album yet, but it will be announced later! I read about it on the Italian Forum. Marco Morini who work at sony italy said that "they alredy have the release date that will be announced soon"! i hope this is true, anyway if there is a releas date for the album, i think we will be able to hear the 1single VERY SOON!!! OMG

May is too soon unfortunately, she said that she was going to take some time for her, so let's say a break of 2-3 weeks, then she will have to make the announcement of the lead single (the title, the cover, the release date etc....), at least in June not earlier I think.

Things should definately happen over the summer (June-September) and I can't wait. I wouldn't mind a stay positive/moving on/looking forward to the future kind of song but I wouldn't mind some darker stuffeither, just not a whole album of it. Even when life is good you have bad times or anger about things. I want a balanced album with no focus on just one thing or one side of emotions. I actually found GL quite balanced in terms of it's song matter. Some of the songs were about breaking up and others were about falling in love so it wasn't all positive or negative.

May is not too soon I don't think she's gonna be taking a 2-3 week break in the first place and their is nothing wrong of having a may single and July album.

Hell I rather have the first single in May and the album in July so that we have something new to listen to instead of listening to old music over and over and over which gets quite annoying.

So, you guys think that the lead single will be released late in May?
It's possible. However, Goodbye Lullaby wrapped up officially in October of 2010, and released the lead single (for free) the 1st day of January.

Could this mean that the lead single come much later?
Of course, maybe even July. Early July, that is. It would be much nice if it comes roughly at our guess.

Album release date?
Well according to the Italian website, there is a release date.

How do we know it is true?
Another bandaider can answer that question. I am not 100% sure whether that source is reliable or trustworthy. Not to mention it was announced on a thread. I still have nothing to prove if it's real or fake.
