I'm not sure if Avril will include more songs on the album cos normally there are around 14, but hopefully she will release more b-sides and maybe some acoustics or instrumentals

No, he hasn't. The Push thing was a misunderstanding due to the online translator, To view the link you have to Register not too long ago. And Marco also said GL was going to be release in a "special day", and it was: the Woman's International Day. He also said Blackstar was an instrumental, and for the most part it was, so he wasn't wrong.
