In this instance, I don't think it's a case of someone selling the story. Avril's people probably had to communicate with the YHAs to tell them why she wasn't attending, and it makes sense for the YHAs to say something since they probably saw that most of the people following the red carpet show were watching for Avril.
To be honest, I hope we don't find out what's wrong unless she chooses to say something about it. Otherwise it means somebody violated her privacy to sell a story to some gossip rag.
Let's just hope that everything will turn out all right.

Maybe she is just dehydrated and needs some IVs. Idk why but I go back to when someone said they saw her at the hospital crying a couple months ago.. now she is in the hospital. Im guessing UCLA Medical Center. Pregnant?
