Guys i need your help.
I got an email in May the 27th saying that my ticket had been shippend and i'd have received it in 4 days.
At the end of the email they said "If you don't get it in 4 days please contact us" and gave me a telephone number.
Today is June the 8th and any ticket is arrived, so i tried to call them but my phone doesn't allow me to call them.
Could anyone from Belgium phone them for me? i'll give you my client NR and order NR.

I've read your mail again and it says 'if u didn't receive your tickets 4 days BEFORE the evenemt call... blablabla" :"D there's nothing to worry about
I finally managed to contact sherpa and got an email saying that getting tickets here in Italy could take several time..
So i just need to wait, hopefully
