Here is one of the exciting themes you may have heard some of us referring to earlier. The entire week from October 22 - 29th is Let Go week, honoring and remembering many of Avril's earlier achievements in her career from special appearances, her first set of TV performances, memorable radio shows and lots more. Is there an Avril moment caught on camera that really stood out to you back then?

Tomorrow is the last picture we use that one of you guys posted in To view the link you have to Register as our POTD selection but we thought it'd be nice to give you a head start on finding your favorite Let Go era photos!

Week Two: Let Go Edition Rules & Information:

* You can submit an unlimited number of pictures
- Please find a picture in the gallery: To view the link you have to Register
- Each photo MUST BE FROM 2002 or 2003, and recommended to be one picture per post. (In other words, if you submit more than one, please make a new post for each image used.)
IMPORTANT: You can embed the image in the thread but including a link from the gallery to the photo of your choice is a huge, huge help for us if you want your picture chosen!

This will always be one of my many favorites from the Let Go era: To view the link you have to Register

It was the birth of this iconic start to her career. Her face isn't even shown in the picture but it doesn't even matter. With one look, you know it's Avril. It showed this androgynous female sporting and rocking a tie...and she made it completely okay. It showed all genders that you can be, do, act, voice and dress any way you please.

In my opinion this is a very special pic because it was on the cover of 'Complicated' single, her first single ever. And Avril was so young and so beautiful as always <3
