You won't see much as a tourist. Every aspect of your trip will be scripted and controlled. You have a “guide” with you at all times.

^^^ Very true...but, if Avrilxxx15 starts taking pictures outside military installations, then he could very well be accepted as a permanent guest in one of the famous Gulags...
I suppose that would be one way to get to experience the 'real' North Korea!

And the weird different kind of experience being in a strange country, In a country that so secretive.
I saw that everything about you is being CONTROLLED for 2 weeks
The thrill and the danger, being in a strange, unknown place.
It drives my adventurous side. I know it's sick but I can't help.
Although there's no way I want to be permanent guess of the Ill's.
I know the real north korea, to be honest, I kinda want to sneak up some pictures

I don't know about the Tourist side (if there is one anyway) Cause I can't really go there, i'm not allowed
^^^^ Tourists can normally only travel to North Korea as part of an organised tour. Solo travellers need a sponsor and permission from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. This is normally only possible for business travelers. Most travellers enter North Korea on direct flights from Beijing to Pyongyang operated by Air China. Foreign mobile phones and Global Positioning Systems have to be deposited with North Korean customs on entry into the country and collected on departure.
The above applies to British citizens...I don't know what the regulations are for Israeli nationals....
