I remember i was at home checking the site constantly, and i think it leaked around the same time i'm posting right now (I mean the hour, not the date), then i downloaded it and put it on my ipod, then i played the song to my mom, and she was like, it is really catchy! it must be really good live! and i was like that's what Avril said! (I thought the song was meh the first time i heard it, but my mom's reaction made me hopeful!)

Underrated by her own fans

Almost every post here is praising the song... Some might bash it for being bratty and shallow but many admit they love it because it's catchy. I definitely don't think this song is underrated. Alice is more underrated.

but i believe HOT is her most underrated single, both by her fans, charts and the Public, It is 100x better than California King Bed, but it;s the image of the video that killed the song.

But Hot is nowhere near as good as something like GF. It's very weak, in my opinion. Lyrics aren't her best either. (And yeah video did kill it a lot) Although I like her performance of it on Dancing With the Stars. Hot deserves to be underrated next to GF. It's totally weak, in comparison.
