Trouble logging in on abbeydawn.com

So, I mentioned this in another thread, but every time I go to log in to ad.com, it keeps telling me that because of the new site, I need to create a new password, then proceeds to take me to a page where I put my email in, and type in the code so they know I'm not a robot, and then it says that I will be emailed instructions. I've been trying since yesterday and after 8 or 9 tries, I don't know what to do because I have still received no emails. Should I call customer service ans see what's up? The main reason I'm not making an account with a diff email is because I don't remember whether I have a credit/debit card number saved with it... So, any suggestions?? They would be much appreciated!!

I couldnt log in the first time as well, but I got a message that showed me that I had to reset myy password due some chances at the site!

did they send you an email to change it?? thats what it keeps telling me, but i have yet to get one after trying 8 or 9 times...

didnt get an email at first but it worked at second try.

the only other option that comes to my mind is sending them an email ans asking why you cant log in...

yeah, I'll probably email them and see whats up, because i dont remember if i have a card # saved in the account i already have...

ok, well, i gave up and registered a new email address. thanks for the help though!

I think i remember not be able to log in, i think i blamed myself tbh :P but i just logged in via paypal so it wasn't really a problem

I have also tried to enter the site, due to maintenance on the page, and new adjustments .. must reset the password for the account!

the problem is when you do not remember the username, in this case is better to create a new account.

I hope you can join the site correctly!
