From what I can tell, most people don't want sad, angry music. In fact, I don't think that's what I want. I, like I think most people do, want a good, upbeat, fun album. A "part 2" of anything would be a disaster. If people want to listen to UMS they can listen to UMS.

Avril has neverever ever had a serious, stern personality anyway, so if she did now, it would be fake.
