Sony Music Italy guy says he knows the fifth album release date.

Hmmm, I don't know. He did say we'd get a B Sides with WTH, Push was the 2nd single, and Black Star was an instrumental. He also described Push as "hard rock" in his first review of the album.

But then he's also said some pretty legit stuff! And maybe some of the things he says gets mis-translated? I don't know, I'd like to think (hope) he is legit. But if he can't tell us, why say it? It sounds like a bit of attention seeking.

He always seems to know stuff but gives those "I can't tell you a thing"-answers. I find it a bit odd that a person from the same company (Sony) is allowed to be so braggish about things he knows. Is it because he is in Italy and it's so far away from the actual place where things happen with Avril so that no one from the company side tells him to shut up?! Or is it some kind of planned promoting that is ok with everyone working at Sony / with Avril?!

Don't speak badly about Marco.. I'm a member of the italian team and he knows a lot of stuff cause he works in Sony..
so If he said they received the date of the release in their office it's true! Marco just tries to tell us something even if he couldn't because he's a fan of Avril indeed.

What's the point of saying he knows the release date of the album and but not telling it? He said too many lies for anyone to believe him. End of story.

We know the 5th album is finished as confirmed by Avril just 4 days ago which was April 20th.
