We have three possible theories: One, the To view the link you have to Register (perhaps inspired by To view the link you have to Register) decided she was ready to make a drastic change and opted to go jet black, but chickened out just after finishing the front portion of her head. Two, the Canadian pop star got her hair done by a blind hair stylist who typically does a fantastic job, but happened to be having an off day. And the least likely scenario, Avril actually paid a colorist good money to purposely do this to her hair. Fans are just concern about Avril, specially after the GL failure, The fact that Avril really needs to get everyone and everything to be on her side for the 5th era, and making that hair will not make things for her side, Yeah its only a hair, but in the music industry, IMAGE is everything, Its even more important than the quality of music itself, sad but true.

That pic that Avril took for the Birthday of AvrilBandaids was taken awhile back on the same day we got that pic of Avril with a girl and Jimmy McGorman cuz she's wearing the same hoodie, same outfit, same hair pushed back and the same black star tour photo in the back, which was taken in Los Angeles

and the pics of her with the black bangs extentions arriving at the Airport in Toronto is still in her hair.
