English Teacher hasn't heard anyone mention Avril in years.

This is probably a flop thread, but I just thought I should share this.
I wrote in my journal about how I'm a hardcore Avril fan and my English teacher saw it when we turned them in for grading and stuff, and she wrote a comment and it said "Is she still performing? I haven't heard anything Avril related in years!" I just found it interesting. We really need to get our girl back to the top.

My teacher did the same thing to me! For my digital media project, I made an Avril Lavigne album cover, and my teacher was like "What has she been up to? Is she still making music?"

Something similar happened to me too, well kinda.
I was doing banners and posters and stuff for Avril on my computer at school and the teacher comes by and asks me if I like her and I, like a huge dork went "hells yeah, I'm a hardcore fan" doing a stupid face and he was like "Yeah I can tell" in a negative kinda undermining sort of way. And I put my rock hands in the air and did this "yeaaaaahhhh" as a sarcastic, I'm taking that as a compliment sort of way.

Whoa, that's way to many words for that lame story. Bottom line teachers know Avril =P

Well, how old is your teacher exactly? I mean, Avril wasn't exactly all over the news this past era but she didn't completely fall off the face of the earth or anything... Then again, this album had very little promo- it's no wonder people forgot about her. (And like adults are really sitting around listening to WTH )
