I check in as much as I can...and when I know there's something going on. Sometimes I get a little bit too busy to check in, but then the second or third day I usually check in. It all depends what's going on. If I know that there's a lot going on, then I'll check in two or three times a day. But if there isn't a lot going on, I'll only check back once a day.
