I usually smoke more when I'm stressed, which is usually the only time I do it.

My best friend and my ex-boyfriend smoke a lot.
The best friend tells me he "takes his depression out" by smoking. And I will admit it- they've made me try it. I suppose my blood vessels were to thick to be dilated. I didn't really like it at all.

Oh god... i smoked weed since i was about 16 and cigarettes since i was about 17/18, I'm now nearly 23. Neither of which I'm addicted to. I dont think either are addictive at all...I just dont get how people can get addicted. Infact I actually havent touched weed in almost a year...but if it was put in front of me I wouldn't say no as its a good buzz but I dont get how people can crave it. Cigarettes, I don't smoke that often at all, mainly on nights out and then the odd one or two during the day sometimes if i'm stressed or nervous or whatever helps calm ya down .

I just dont get the addiction part at all. I think people just assume their addicted cos they hear everyone else say how addictive it is. Its all in the mind I believe. Cigarette companies years ago tricked people into thinking they were addictive and that myth spread through generations and now we are what we are at today. Or else... I just have an extremely unaddictive personality.

Actually when you smoke the body makes more nicotine receptors and therefore these receptors need to be filled by more nicotine and this is what makes you want to smoke more.. thereby giving you an addiction

I treat myself to a cigar now and again. A bit heavy on the throat but I don't inhale, I just like the taste. Whiskey and cigars complement each other perfectly.

Cuban tobacco is really harsh stuff but the there's no chemicals and it's a quality smoke. Cigarettes are laced with god knows what to make them addictive. Fine aged whiskey and cubans. Can't beat it.
