Avril taste of music have regress, at least with Rihanna, LMFAO and Kesha, I have much more respect for Britney than Rihanna, Britney may not write song that much, but she did once involved a lot in her music, where Rihanna just wait for song to be taylor made for her.

But it's good that recently she still mentions the Beatles, Distillers, Hole, Alanis Morisette and Nirvana.

In terms of her musical taste, I really have no mercy when it comes to criticizing her, why? Come on, Rihanna, LMFAO? and Kesha? what kind of artistic influence Avril is going to get from those "artist"? thats the thing I am worried, she might get influenced by a lot of pop music. For her own good, for Avril's sake and improvement, she better stop listening to todays top 40 artist and start listening to much more respectable, much better artist and more legit genre of music.

Come on, you are what you listen, what music you listen can and will inspired, and I certainly Rihanna and LFMAO did not influence her artistic side. I hope her mind wont be polluted with those garbage.

She probably listens to it when she's in the mood for something fun. Don't we all have guilty pleasure artists or music we like to listen to for fun? I could honestly care less what she listens to, there's nothing wrong with a little fun pop music now and then. She doesn't have to limit herself to "legit" artists just to seem "credible." It's not the genre itself that I hate, it's the artists. LFMAO, Rihanna and Kesha are making pop music less respectable. Even the 90s until early to mid 2000s pop are real great music and very legit, Even Britney from 1999-2004 is a legit artist.

Yes we do all have guilty side, I love Mariah Carey, BSB, Spice Girls, Destiny's Child, Robbie Williams and even the early Britney, But they are way much better than LMFAO and Rihanna.

Like what I said, Britney may not write that much song, but in her early years, At least she try to give her best and get involve with her music, But Rihanna? damn, How can I respect her as an artist if she have zero involvement with her music, But that's not the case, i try to give her a chance to see her live performances, and it just got worst, As a person yeah i respect her, but as an artist, no way.

And please don't bring me that she's making a diverse music, no she is not, it's her team of song writers that is making the magic.
