For the sake of the older members, I agree with private forums when it comes to sections such as the Rated R thread. How good does it look to a judge for a 22 year old talking about sex with a 13 year old?
If there were private forums for the sake of making cliques, absolutely not!

A lot of other forums where I'm at, have private parts (heehee) on there. Usually the members who don't have access to the private area aren't even aware of they existent. For the most forums it's almost a necessity to have something like that and to have some kind of R-rated area here is imo ok. If that part would expand to talking shit about other members or if other general topics would be moved over there (those not rated R-ones), THEN I would probably change my opinion. As well as I would if there wouldn't be a certain factor how and when you can get into it. I mean being 18 is a good reason, but if it would change to "being cool on the forum", it would be imo questionable.
