The Best TV Series Ever Poll

This is something i did on another forum years back so I thought i'd start a new edition on here as well...

For the purposes of this poll, "television series" will NOT include game shows, reality/competition shows or documentaries... So please don't list things like So You Think You Can Dance, Mythbusters, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Jeopardy and so on.

Animated shows such as Futurama, the Simpsons and so forth are also excluded in this poll as they will be getting their own poll

Also if you name a show that you know is a remake of an old series please either include the year it premiered (if you know it) or mention that you mean the "original version"... a prime example is the show Battlestar Galactica


Lastly, this poll is based solely on your personal choices NOT on the shows fan support and success... so if you have a show you really liked that only lasted one season then don't be ashamed to list it.. And if you can't think of 25 then feel free to list fewer...

Once all the entries have been submitted I will tabulate the results. Each time a show is ranked it receives a set number of points. For example when a show gets ranked #1 it receives 25 points, ranked #2 it gets 24, ranked #3 it gets 23 points and so on till we get to ranked #25 where it receives 1 point.

The deadline to submit your list will be July 2nd.
