Avril looks nowhere near fat..sorry to say. and how would we know what her feet look like now compared to normal? I never pay attention to anyone's feet in any picture..for all we know those feet could be swollen? And I agree, single news would be lovely

Good one about the single news. All this speculation about their medical state is so like whatever?! Then more, why do they snap picture of when they go to that type of place. I'm wondering, well, did they go somewhere for lunch or something?! Ya know.

I would assume this is a psychiatric visit. She has that look of why did I have to go, unless she is unhappy to see the paparazzi. Her friends look happy though, with them smiling and she isn't maybe they are feeling good about getting her there, they are happy she is getting something taken care of? Nothing to be ashamed of, anyone here having mental problems or even just feel you can better your mental state try setting up a time with a doctor.
