She can do the promo after the release of the single but right now she needs to annouce the name and release date for the single and she needs to announce the name and the release date of the album.

No we're not cuz this is not the end of July as of yet, the 31'st of July is the end of July not the 19th so yes we do have plenty of time for the single this month and album in September.

with avril, she releases the single a couple weeks after press release. obviously the single wont be released this month. if the single is not released this month, there is NO chance we are getting the album in september. if the single is released next month, there is also NO chance we will get the record in september. some artists do that, but becuase GL didnt do as well as everyone had planned, she's going to need more than a month to promote the album. im gonna say the single still has a chance at maybe august and if not most likely sept/october.
