How do you like make up?

For the girls.
How do you do your make up? Do you prefer a natural look or a more heavier look? (Or no make up at all)
Myself I only use some mascara and little eyeliner, no foundation or anything.

For the boys.
How do you like make up on girls? Natural, or heavy?

The reason I post this is because a lot of you have been saying they like Avril's natural look in these new pics she posted on Twitter. I like it aswell, she looks beautiful. But I still prefer her having eyeliner and stuff. But not that much as in TBDT era.

Anyways this thread is for girls/woman in general. I prefer natural looks with little eyeliner and make up. I don't really like foundation on girls, especially when you clearly see the difference of real skin and the foundation. Some just overuse it.

I'm going to weigh in here with my expert opinion.

Coming from a male perspective I have observed that in general, a natural look is far nicer than anything ridiculously heavy. Also, bright coloured lipstick (fluorescent shit) is a no go zone.

However, that black stuff you put around your eyes (Eyeliner I think?) Can look cool sometimes as Avril exemplifies on the new Bandaids Banner.

Also, when foundation is so heavy that it comes off all over your clothes when you take them off you know you've gone too far.

I prefer natural look on a daily basis. Do make ups as natural as possible unless something heavy is appropriate on certain events/instances.

I usually use a mascara, eye-liner, make-up and a lipgloss, but only when I go somewhere These days I prefer no make-up at all, it's really comfortable

I'm 13, so all that I use is mascara VERY rarely, lipstick and eyeshadow (it's dark most of the time, but I never put too much of it or anything). I like to keep it natural and not look like those terrifying bitches of my age who try to seem older. Those ones make me sick.

I use concealer only where needed, a little powder and blush, and some eyeliner. I've never, ever used foundation; I use mascara/eye shadow/lipstick if going to a party or concert. Otherwise, just honestly can't be bothered to apply and remove it.

i use foundation, concealer (just around eyes so i dont look sleepy haha), powder, mascara and eyeliner pretty much daily

Generally I don't like to use makeup to make me "look better". I like makeup to be fun and to well look like makeup. I don't wear makeup often but when I do I wear black eyeshadow, heavy black eyeliner and black or blue mascara. I recently started wearing cover up and I'm starting to like it. It's nice to have a clean canvas when applying makeup especially bold colours that can get lost in your natural skin colour.

i know im really new in the forum and so on. but i think that girls have to look naturly.
thats my opinion. i think it looks better than with more make up.....
