My guess is that they excluded those outside of the US because the cost of the call would be much cheaper. I'd be psyched to talk to Avril, but I think I would be too nervous to actually say anything. Asking about the 5th album is probably pointless, she won't say anything if she isn't allowed to or doesn't want to just yet. She would probably just say the same general things we already know, like who she worked with, what the vibe is, etc. And the call is probably only for about 10 minutes, the conversation would probably just be like "How are you? What is your favorite song right now? Do you have any pets?" etc. etc. etc. Trying to ask any "secret" questions (ex: "What is Darlin' about?" "What is the title of the 5th album?") are probably really pointless, I don't think she'll give the answer or anything we haven't heard before.
