Demo Sent to Avril's Camp and Rejected, 'Choke on It'

Hey lovelies!

So, I was on Twitter tonight, & there's suddenly a new rumour that popped. Apparently, there would be a potential new song called "Choke On It" that a random singer would have recorded, & it appeared on SoundCloud. Listen here :

Honestly, I have been listening to it for at least 30 minutes in a row right now, which makes like.. 30 times. Or 15 plays. The more i'm listening, the more I think it sounds a little like Avril, but with a lot of auto tune added. Like at : 00.05, where she says "I hope you choke on it" for the first time in the song, it looks alot like Avril..& the lyrics are also very raw & Avrilish ; "When it's time to swallow all the shit that you've done.."

My friend said it wasn't Avril, because it's not her kind of music.. But I think it suits what we heard so far about the album, alot. Of course it's not hard rock & indie, but for the "club music" part, it would suits. BTW, I was surprised there was no topic yet, so I decided to make one, please delete if there's already one.

So what do you think?

New potential single ? Avril or not?

It's not Avril. This girl's voice is a lot higher than Avril's. Reminds me of Katy Perry's. I know it's not Katy, but it reminds me of her's.

This girl is a "The Voice" contest and she's in Xtina's team. She doesn't even follow Avril on Twitter. She's trying to blatantly and pathetically promote her music by trolling fans that are waiting for Avril's music. It's simply pathetic

And the song is bad, full of (crappy) electro stuff and overused autotune. I respect opinions but anyone who I feel sorry for those who think that this sound anything like Avril and/or they would like Avril to do something like that. Ew.

Lol, yeah, and even some friends of hers replied me too I was a bit harsh, I admit it . Apparently, her publisher sent the song to Avril's "camp" , but she said Avril doesn't get "outside songs" (we already knew that) and that girl decided to share the song with her fans.

On that girls sound cloud she said herself that she submitted the demo for avril but it she 'didn't think it would make the cut' (duh, avril writes her own songs, do your research missy!) anyway, I'm glad, I don't really like the song.
