It's the tattoo she already has for like a few months now <.< the picture is rotated so it seems like it's new. you can also notice it by looking at the smaller tattooes above it. she has the lightning bolt and the number 30 tattooed on her left hand not on her right

I actually think it's a new one. She's taking a pic to the mirror, that's why the bolt and the 30 appear to be on her right arm. It's actually her left one, because of the mirror. For the same reason you have to read "La Vie En Rose" from right to left, and it'a all on the same line. The line below is the new tattoo.
