Even though I hope Avril rises to something more than a "teen idol"....making it on any list is a compliment.
You know, lately I'm starting to think Justin Timberlake is a lot like Fred Durst....hitting on every girl that walks by.....
VH1 edited that interview but apparently, Justin's complete response to the question was: "I don't know what my recent fascination is with Avril Lavigne, but for some reason every time she comes on TV, I have to watch. We met at the Teen People What's Next Party and she is one of the coolest people I ever met. She's not hard on the eyes either."
Oh well...I guess Justin is slightly better than Fred Durst because Justin is a lot less creepy and pedophile, and Justin is generally well-liked.
