Avril's eyes are what many people would call blue - I personally call it grey. I think it's quite rare to find really bright blue eyes so people often call grey eyes blue.
The reason they can change so much is the way she's photographed or filmed. The Smile video had a green filter (I think) so her hair looks really vibrant and her eyes get a bluey-green tinge to them. On Hot the saturation is just really high (right?) so her eyes, lips and hair all look really bright and bold, especially her eyes with the black eyeliner.
But for the sake of the arguement - grey.

A lot of pictures have been photoshopped. I've seen the same picture with different colors.
And also, could happen that her eyes change a bit according to the weather. That happens to me. Sometimes I have them more blue, more green, more sky-blue or more grey.
Her eye color is a riddle to meshe should clearly tell us what eye color she has. Maybe it's a good question for the next Q&A xD

when i was in concet her eyes looked light green, but i w´saw a lot pictures where the eyes looked hazel, a lot ols pictures before fame.
