I don't think she's done anything to her nose, it still looks the same as it always did, just slightly different sometimes depending on the lighting/contrast and angles in which the photograph was taken.

Sometimes magazines will say anything about anyone just to get a story on their page. I wouldn't believe this bullshit, it's not like they have pieced together much evidential proof that's all that convincing anyway. So lame.
