I don't think she's done anything to her nose, it still looks the same as it always did, just slightly different sometimes depending on the lighting/contrast and angles in which the photograph was taken.
Sometimes magazines will say anything about anyone just to get a story on their page. I wouldn't believe this bullshit, it's not like they have pieced together much evidential proof that's all that convincing anyway. So lame.

theres always pics of anyone that can look different than they really are! i have this one pic of me that my aunt took and from the angle its taken at i swear i look like a completely different person. there has to be like over a BILLION pics of avril floatin around out there and if one looks a little different from another people think shes gotten plastic surgery, the truth is that when there are that many pictures of one person, it would be impossible not to find a few that look different or a little wierd
