this was my very 1st Kelly show. so I had no idea what to expect. I knew she was awesome and amazing but...wow!! tv performaces and live mp3's doesn't even compare to actually being there and seeing it all live. I was just blown away. Thanks to the awesome fan club I had great seats! but there was a small problem. the people at the tweeter center didnt know where my m&g pass was. they sent me all over talking to differnt people and nobody knew anything. i was getting really nervous about it. i thought it would be up where i got the tickets but it wasn't. finally some nice old man asked me if i needed help with something. so i tell him about the whole meet and greet thing and how no one knows where the pass is. so he takes me all around the building trying to find it. still no luck! so then they asked to see what i got when i won. its a good thing i printed out the email and brought it with me. so i showed them the email and they told me to wait there. then he comes back over smiling and was like look what i have!! so i finally got my pass. and i was happy again. then my friend and i went over to buy t-shirts and all that good stuff. then we went to find our seats, which as i said before were great!! the show was supposed to start at 7:30 but never started until about an hour later because of a bad storm. it was crazy! wind, rain, lightening, thunder even hail! i felt so bad for the people on the lawn seats. but at least they got cooled off. it was very hot. when we were on our way down to the show it said it was 101 degrees. so finally the show starts and Rooney comes out and does their thing. My friend and I found it so funny that the singer is the guy from the movie Princess Diaries. they even played the song from the movie. haha! They got the crowd all pumped up for Kelly and left the stage. at that point I was even more excited knowing that Kelly was finally coming.I waited about 5 years to see her and it was FINALLY happening!!! while they were setting up the stage for Kelly they were doing the car give-away thing. Someone won a car and Kelly actually gave it to them. We got to watch it on the screens and i was like hey i want a hug from Kelly. my friend waslike dont owrry you'll get one and later on i did!! then all the lights go off and the ACDC song comes on. it was cool but really random. I had no idea what was going on. then there were 2 shadows. a man playing vilion and Kelly. she starts the intro to Addicted and the curtain falls down and everyone went crazy! i was screaming my head off singing along to every song and just going completely nuts! she sounded amazing on all the songs and the new songs were really cool. so exited for this next album. Kelly thanked us for coming out and putting up with the hurricane. haha! and she said we were her biggest and loudest crowd yet.. I thought it was so cool how Kelly was in the crowd singing since you've been gone. I was standing on the chair then all this blue confetti was falling all over the place. i kept catching it and putting it in my bag. yeah i'm a loser. lol so Kelly left the stage and i was sad that it was over but then started freaking out. because now i'm going to meet her. they told us to meet at the top of section 100. so i go over there and they tell me i'm in the wrong place. so they sent me some place else and again they tell me i'm in the wrong place. it was like here we go again. so finally i'm at the right spot. they seperate us all into groups and give us the instructions and rules of the meet and greet. we waited in this hallway and Kelly was in the room meeting with other fans. They came and passed out the autographs. which is just so cool. i have a real Kelly autograph now!!! I was freaking out most of the time. telling everyone i was scared. i was so nervous. but after a little while i calmed down and was ok. but i was near these super annoying girls who were singing songs from the sound of music. i wanted to throw something at them. they were just really annoying. and i'm not the only one who was sayng it. i was doing ok until i got up to the door and saw Kelly with other fans. thats when it hit me. like omg this is actually happening. the security guard asked me if i was ready and i said no. lol and he said i didnt have to go meet her if i didnt want to. whos crazy enough to pass up a chance to meet Kelly. of course i wanted to i was just really nervous. so i go in the room and walk up to her...
Kelly: hey! how are you??
me: I'm good.
Kelly: so whats the name? (i thought it was funny for some reason lol)
me: Jeanine (yes i actually remembered it)
Kelly: Jeanine? wow cool! it's so nice to meet you.
*she gives me a hug* (yay!!)
*i hand her a paper*
me: Kelly do you remember this? they told me you would
(i gave her this thread from a message board. other fans asked me to pass it along to her. it was part 3. she had gotten part 1 & 2 on her last tour)
Kelly: KCUK? hmm...*laughs* bitches and hos? *laughs again* wow no! i don't remember this.
me: oh well they told me you would. (i think i just started rambeling on about nothing at this point)
Kelly: *reads the 1st 2 pages* wow i dont remember this but this is a really funny thread. thank you!
me: this is a letter from another fan. one of your biggest fans who misses you alot. *i hand her Laura's letter*
Kelly: thats really sweet. tell her i said hi.
me: *i hand her a bag* and this is from me.
Kelly: oh wow thank you! *looks at me* do you want me to open this now or later?
me: it's up to you
Kelly: well it's just some fans get embarassed if i open their gifts in front of them. so i can open it?
me: yeah sure go ahead
*she takes out the stuffed animal puppy i got her*
Kelly: it's adorable! i love it. you know i just got a new dog. her name is baby. i named her after (insert movie name here) you know the little dog in the movie?
me: yeah! aww thats so cool
(actually i had no clue what she was talking about. lol i just kind of went along with it. i even forget what movie she said the dog was named after)
*she takes out the letter and smiles at me*
Kelly: I'll be reading this later on
*she takes out the rest of the stuff and literally went crazy over the fact that i bought her her favorite things*
Kelly: this is really cool. right on! thank you so much
me: youre welcome!
Kelly: do you want to get our picture now?
me: ok sure!
*Kelly puts her arm around me and I had mine around her and we got our pic together*
(im pretty sure i look super retarded in it because i was just in so much shock. i met famous people before but...i dunno.)
*Kellys like starring at my feet and im thinking ok...what is she doing??*
Kelly: I really like your shoes
(they were my blue and white sneakers with the blue laces. now i will never be able to throw them away haha)
me: thanks!
Kelly: cool shirt too. where did you get it?
me: they were selling them at the show
(so funny how she didnt even know what they had at her own shows. my t-shirt was light blue with Kelly on it and the tour dates on the back)
Kelly: right on! everything just totally matches. did you plan this all out or something??
(it might have looked that way but i really didn't)
me: nope it just kind of happened that way
Kelly: well than I think youre just toally awesome then!
ahhh!! Kelly Clarkson thinks I'm awesome!
*we hug again and I get ready to leave*
Kelly: thanks for coming and thanks for all the cool gifts
me: no probelm it was fun

but it was awesome!! Kelly was so sweet, i can't believe i was scared. but i guess its normal feel that way. i think Kellys new favorite saying is right on. she said it alot during the meet and greet. it was just amazing even though there were a few problems. it all worked out ok in the end and i had probably the best night of my life. i can't wait until i can see her again. I am DEFINATELY going to more shows.
