iTunes will give back credit for the bad acoustic bonus tracks

I complained to iTunes about the recordings for When You're Gone (Acoustic Version) and I Can Do Better (Acoustic Version) and they are investigating it they said.

I hope anyone else who bought them, will send in a complaint, because it will make this problem more pressing for them to fix!

I also got 2 free songs of my choice. Ask for store credit.

iTunes is really good with customer service, so don't hesitate to contact them!

I REALLY HOPE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO COMPLAINED.

it is my understanding that the tracks SUCK. someone edited the version i have so it sounds like avril but apparently the original ones didn't. fortunately i didn't buy it.

they responded to it by saying they understood there was an issue and they would contact me further no...credit...don't really care just want an answer about the songs

i think it's more important for them to fix up the songs, not to give you free songs... that's just passive
