The "Japanese" version of Girlfriend is an abomination. Avril's pronunciations are horrible.
I already know some Japanese, but I'd like to fully understand the language someday. I also want to learn Chinese and Korean so I can score me some hawt Asian tail.
Japanese because I want to be a video game designer, and if I want to create anything really great, you have to know Japanese. *sigh* I'll probably learn it in college.
But I'm pretty good at Spanish.

It is relatively easy for English-speaker as English and German are similar languages. Try speaking a language that doesn't even belong to the Indo-European language family and learn it.
Though I don't mind German, I just wish to continue studying it and becoming fluent or at least better.
Just a little tip to people who are thinking about starting to study a new language: Chinese might be really useful.
