I keep hoping on Avril's next album they will come back...it just not the same with out them

Does anyone know if Charlie, Craig, and Matt got asked to leave the band, or did they decide to leave? Because it's kind of odd how all three of them just randomly left at the same time and in the making of the girlfriend video Avril was like "I put together a new band this year", so she chose to have a new band? I'm confused.
Avril fired them becuz she want a new band...crazy i know.
some of them didn't want to leave which i think it was Matt becuz he was the only one that was with Avril the longest

She wouldn't fire them, they were all really good friends. Most likely their contract ran out or something like that. Avril loves her band mates.

I've read the interview, someone posted it, i forgot who; but there was no source or anything.
I highly doubt she fired them, they were tight.
Maybe they got bored while she was on her break and decided to branch out onto other projects like they have.
Plus Charlie or one of the boys said that it's not like they got fired, they just wanted to do other things.
