i work at that store. and this happened on a shift that i was working. i'm in shock. why would anyone do that. seriously.
should i quit? i've been thinking about it, and i want my job, but it's just so disturbing that someone killed themselves in the store, that i've been thinking of leaving. because it really bothers me. what do you guys think?

i almost saw him after he stabbed himself. i punched into the time clock at 12 noon, and i spent a few minutes back there by the offices, then i came out, and luckily i literally missed seeing it by about a minute. blood was everywhere. they had to close the entire lower level for the cops to do a full investigation.

I would keep your job there. You havn't witnessed anything so just keep your job and if you feel uncomfortable next week well then hand in your notice

Well as a rule any cash on hand is going to be gone. If he had credit card insurance then that would be taken care of.
I'm just assuming the guy put a little thought into the ending of his days.
I've been on a train platform with some guy muttering to himself about how bad life was and how he was going to throw himself infront of the next train. Guess what I was thinking...shit I'm going to be late
Best part the next train was on the other platform; so the guy looked so dejected.

Yeah so basically what your saying is it's not her problem if he killed himself.
I agree with that statement. If somoeone wants to die, leave them off but they should be considerate of their surroundings and especially the people they hurt before doing so.
I am supposing if someone really wants to die who are we as people to stop them.
