No, you're not being slammed for asking for your autograph - you're being slammed for the unreasonable threat of a lawsuit, for threatening to "go to Nettwerk with your complaints", and for making false accusations. Two very different things.

Of course I've sent out the autographs - what kind of accusation is that? Do you think I just stockpile shit to look at every time I get bored? Avril signed 10 autographs for Bandaids in London in April and I now have 0 of those - do you think they just magically disappeared??? Not to mention the fact that I have heard back from some winners saying they did receive their autographs.

As for ignoring your PMs, unless I've missed one of your PMs, I'm fairly confident that I've responded to every one of your attempts to contact me. Though we did have a problem with account cloning in the database that did contribute to some PM loss over the summer.

Either way, this is all a non-issue. In my first response to you I told you that I would get Nettwerk to send you an autograph directly as I no longer have any of the autographs Avril signed for the contest in London. I don't know what your agenda is beyond receiving an autograph, but whatever it is, don't expect to be able to push me around with your continued threats. Any financial gains your attempting to seek will not materialize.
