    Hamlet

Is a fantastic piece of literature. Hands-down. It's just... amazing and sad and beautiful and tragic and, at times, incredibly amusing. I love it. I love it love it love it. I HIGHLY recommend you all read it. I myself read a translated version while referring to the original text. It made it a lot easier for me. Do that, since most people don't understand his language. Just keep the original text handy. The language he uses is beautiful. And you can't miss the famous speeches.

But anywho. Hamlet is fantastic. Read it. That is all.
    Where the Sidewalk Ends
    by Shel Silverstein

There is a place where the sidewalk ends
    And before the street begins,
And there the grass grows soft and white,
And there the sun burns crimson bright,
And there the moon-bird rests from his flight
To cool in the peppermint wind.

Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black
And the dark street winds and bends.
Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow
We shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And watch where the chalk-white arrows go
To the place where the sidewalk ends.

Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go,
For the children, they mark, and the children, they know
The place where the sidewalk ends.

    I read Macbeth.

I found the language easy to follow.

Ok. And? Would you like a gold star? You're inevitable going to miss parts. Figures of speech and whatnot, since we weren't alive then. But even so.... ok? And?

What is he whose grief bears such an emphasis?
Whose phrase of sorrow conjures the wandering stars, and makes them stand like wonder-wounded hearers?
This is I, Hamlet the Dane!

Hamlet is really good! I just finished re-reading it for the 4th time It probably is one of Shakespeare's best plays.

Plus, *jealousy moment*, on Augus 5th I saw it on stage in London with Jude Law as Hamlet! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!
