no doubt that avril does loooaadds of work and that the guys are sumwhat faceless but evan has written with avril sum and she does kinda want them to be in the lime light with her! shes the star we all know it but the band is a good backing; k they prolly do less than i think they do and more than the ppl who think the do nothing...that sounds fair eh?
I just think that it sucks that they are only her touring band. I know maybe they aren't that good, but they put in alot of work traveling with her on the road. I just think they need a little more recognition for their music. I mean don't get me wrong avril is definately the brains and the focal point and I love her. Anyways it's just a thought.
Avril is a solist singer, the boys play the instruments, but she is the singer, then, it's obvious that in the video only appears Avril.
I remember in an interview a while ago after Let Go came out, Avril had said that she thought it would be cool of that when people thought of Avril Lavigne they didn't just think of her but the band also. I don't know if she's changed her mind bout this, but probably the director of the video decided that there was no point of the band being involved in the video unless they did the same thing as in I'm With You where they played their instruments on the street!
It's about time Avril went solo...it was more beautiful and independent that way, though I didn't notice they weren't in the vid till someone pointed out.
