Ok so I was at the Calgary show. It was outside of the mall in the parking lot. I got there at around 11:30...there was about 10-15 people out there but not enough people to worry about so we just hung around the mall until about 1 when we decided to go out to the parking lot and join the little kids with their parents waiting. So at around 1:30 they started letting us get closer to the stage around the baracades...unfortunetly they let all the little kids in first so they all got front row...that SUCKED. I started out kinda far back but made my way closer to the stage...and like fucking dead centre...it was a pretty good spot. We waited for a long ass time...listening to crappy music put on by "VIBE95"...yeah it sucked. A few things peaked peoples interest..like a stretch hummer pulling up. Turned out it was just the local radio people (I figured that...Avril wouldn't drive to a show in a freaking Hummer). So around 4:30 we saw her big ass brown tour bus pull up and people started going nuts. The radio DJs introduced her and before they could finish Avril and Evan both kinda ran out on stage...and were laughing hysterically. I wasn't even sure why.....but it was pretty funny. They did the standard set... He Wasn't, My Happy Ending, Sk8er Boi, Don't Tell Me, Take Me Away, Nobodys Home and Complicated. Avril sounded fucking awesome...she seemed pretty happy too but they weren't talking THAt much. I noticed between songs her and Evan would argue sometimes...at one point they looked pretty pissed off at each other..haha...Ummm..Avril asked Evan to ask the people to turn her Mic up...I wondered why she didnt ask them herself but she thought it was pretty funny. When she introduced I think it was Dont Tell Me...she said her and Evan wrote it when they first met...and Avril was 17 and Evan was 18...and from there Evan was like kinda jokingly "I'm so proud of you Avril" and Avril was like "I;m proud of you too Evan!" and some people went "AWWWW"....but it was pretty obvious they were kidding around. So yeah...ummm I can't even explain how much Avril looked at me...it sounds so cheesy to say that but I seriously mean it. Maybe I was just in her line of site....but I would be singing along and she would look directly at me and smile at times. IT WAS INSANE!! The best part I can remember is the first verse of Nobodys Home...I was singing hardcore and she looked directly at me and smiled....so I took a picture and she smiled again...it was nuts man. Anyways...as soon as Complicated started I made my way over to the Baracade where the tour bus was so I had a better chance of meeting her...best move I made. I got to the baracade right by the tour bus's and there werent many people around...people are so stupid sometimes. Neways...I saw Avril get off stage and she kinda lingered around the back area part. Finally she came out and just kinda dashed onto her tour bus...we yelled her name but she didnt really even look. I was kinda bummed about that but I could understand....the lady next to me couldnt. She started fucking bawling because Avril wouldnt wave to her 40 year old face and sign her sons guitar. Anyways....then we saw Evan lingering too...then he got on the Bus..didnt wave or nething....then he came back out and went back up on stage and was like "where ru guys going....were playing another set!"....i almost fuckin shit my pants when i heard that...but then he was like "APRIL FOOLS!". HA HA, SO FUNNY. So yeah I had something to give to Avril with like the bandaids logo on it...and I didnt think she was gonna come back out so I passed it on to shauna (her manager) and she said shed make sure avril would get it. So after Shauna got on the bus...it started driving away....then it stopped...AND CAME BACK. I was so fucking sure they were leaving for good but the bus came back...and Avril hopped out. Dude shes so gnarly...So she started walking like directly over to where I was...there were hundreds of kids waiting to get shit signed...she proly got to me like 4th or so. Most people were just putting out their hand to be signed...I gave her that AWESOME HAPPY picture that I took of her last year in Calgary when I met her....she kinda paused on me...took the picture, looked at it, looked up at me...and then signed it. I was in total "Avril shock"...i mean theres so much stuff u wanna say but you just totally blank out. I'm pretty sure i said something like "I took that last year" So neways...the girl next to me started going hysterical and crying and shit...so Avril hugged her and was like "aww dont cry"...she was so nice to her man...so while that was happening I was laughing and I was like "Oh man..." and Avril looked at me and was like "Hey u were singing!"...at that point the Avril shock kicked in again and i was dumbfounded....she fucking remembered me man....So crazy. Anyways...then Evan came out of the bus too.....he came to me very first...I handed him the pictutre Avril signed and Iwas like "sorry dude....i forgot your picture" then he took a step back and was like (jokingly) "OOOOOH I SEE HOW IT IS!!...just kidding" then he signed it...i'm pretty sure he remembered me...just the way he said it. So yeah....Evan didnt sign as much as Avril....dude let me tell all of you...Avril is fucking amazing. She fucking came back and signed for a good 30-45 minutes.....hundreds of fans. Anyone who says she doesnt appreciate her fans can shove a cork screw up their ass because she would never have stayed out there as long as she did, making sure she got to everyone...if she didnt appreciate all of us. I dont even care if she didnt talk to me the whole time....the simple fact that she stayed out there for so long just made me realize why I spend so much god damn time on this girl....she is worth every cent...moment and thought spent on her. The media is so uinfair to her man....shes amazing....end of story. Ok not the end....after about 40 miunutes of signing everyons shit...she came back around to the tour bus and waved again...unfortunetly by that time I was out of pictures...but I managed to get one of her RIGHT in front of me. Then the tour bus drove away for good this time....and HONKED really loud....and apparently they were going to Swiss Chalet.
