Yay, I found an internet cafe in which to numb my withdrawls. Haha. Anyways! I got there at like, 6:00 AM and was pretty shocked to see that there was 7 other people already there. yeah... that was a long wait. But worth every hour in the cold. Matt came by and we talked to him for a few minutes. He was on his way to do laundry. He's a pretty nice guy Mom came to the line and bothered everyone by taking a million pics of us. We all had front row, in the center. And oooh my... best performance I've ever seen her do. I was in SHOCK! Her voice is so much stronger now. Take Me Away in particular blew me away. Right after forgotton I almost passed out. Umm...oops. Guess I should have eaten more than a muffin that day, eh? She did real good on Slipped Away. SO much emotion in there. When it ended, I got some water as soon as i could on the way to the meet n greet. while we were waiting, i puked! (Sorry guys!) security started freakin out like "someone's sick, get first aid!" i was like, "NO! I'm cool! I'm okay!" luckily they still let me go in! There was a ton of people there, so they were saying no autographs, just a group picture. sharifa explained that she needed stuff signed for a bandaids contest, so we were exempt from the no autographs rule. We went in last, just us 4 (Me, Sharifa, Jenna, and Heather) and got a solid few minutes. Thats the LEAST shy i've ever seen avril! She actually...talked! lol. we gave her bandaids shirts (1 of each) and she showed us her new Tattoo... a "D" on her right wrist. I said, "Oooh I know what THAT stands for" and she just laughed. She explained the lack of HDIF (too boring for her, lol) and FTP (set was getting too slow for her) I told her that of the 6 shows I've seen her at, this was by far the best, that she kept getting better and better. She did her "shy smile" and was like, "awww thank you!" and looked so cute. Anyways, I'm getting the pics developed on saturday when I get home.. HOPEFULLY I'll be able to put them online by saturday night. and mom has a bunch of bandaid pics on her camera that she'll email to me from arizona (she's ditching me during the layover on the way home)
